Helping People To Experience And Express God's Love
Pastor
 James McClintock

James McClintock began his ministry as Pastor at Markham Street Baptist Church in May, 2010. He came from First Baptist, Moberly, Missouri where he had served the past nine years. James and his wife, Ava, have one adult child, Keaton.

James grew up in Bryant, Arkansas and received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion at The Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. He received his Master of Divinity degree at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

After leaving Arkansas to attend seminary, Pastor James and Ava are glad the Lord has allowed them to return home after twenty-two years. In his free time, Pastor James enjoys riding around town or across the country on his motorcycle.

Kathy J. Rice

Kathy has over 40 years’ experience in the administrative field with positions that include human resources, accounting, secretarial, management and activities coordinator.  Her first job at North Little Rock High School was as an assistant to the band director.  She gained a variety of knowledge and experience then by assisting high school band directors across the state and taking minutes for the American High School Bank Association meetings.  She spent 13 years at Jacuzzi Brothers beginning in the Cost Accounting Dept, Industrial Products, and later became secretary to the Treasurer.  She enjoyed a ten year career at Cisco-Eagle where she was a sales assistant to 25 sales reps. There she learned a great deal about inventory, ergonomic lifting devices, shelving and conveyors.  She has been the Office Administrator for MSBC since February 2008.  Kathy keeps the prayer lists up-to-date, prepares the weekly bulletins, does accounts payable and payroll and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves for any other areas in the church that needs attention.
She and her husband, Jim live in Benton and have three grown children in Haskell, Hot Springs and Heber Springs.  They also have four ‘kids’ at home which are made up of three dogs and one parrot.
Kathy and Jim enjoy the outdoors on days they can ride and travel on their motorcycles.
